  A customer searches online for FAQ’s using full-text natural language questions.
  If the customer requires further assistance, the question can be routed to either the customer support or sales department for resolution.
  Upon resolution, the CSR or sales department can automatically add the Q&A into the AskAnything knowledge base as an FAQ for future related customer questions.
  AskAnything operates both on a stand-alone basis, or fully integrated with your existing CRM system.
