After you have submitted a question, experts on AskAnything.com will offer counterbids to your question. This means
that they may be willing to answer the question, but at a different price from the one the you, the questioner, originally specified. Each time
the expert submits a counterbid, you will be emailed a link that allows you to either accept the bid or place your own
counterbid with the expert.
In addition, you can always login to the site, click the "My AskAnything" button on the left, and then click the "my questions" tab to display a list of all your questions.
It will display the number of experts who have
answered/counterbid on your question, and a link that takes you to a page that displays a complete list of all the experts who have counterbid/answered the question. You may click a link associated with each expert and it will
display their full profile.
After you have viewed the profiles of the experts that answered your question, select the one response from the expert that
you feel will provide you with the best answer. Depending upon whether you offered money for this question, you will be asked to confirm a credit card payment. Following this, the answer will be
displayed. The answer is always available to you in the "my question" part of the website.
After viewing the answer, you will be asked to rate the expert from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest. This is very important
since an expert builds a reputation on AskAnything.com by the ratings provided by you and other questioners.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the answer that you received, please email us at
info@askanything.com, and we will refund you the total price of the question. In your email to us, please include your
logon email and the title of the question that you submitted.
