You can check the status of your account by selecting the "My AskAnything"
option on the left or clicking your screen name at the top (These options are displayed only if you are logged on to the site).
It displays 5 tabs at the top of the screen:
- My profile: This allows you to edit your demographic and credit card information.
- My expert qualifications: This allows you to add and edit your expert qualifications and profiles. You may have as many
as 10 different profiles.
- My questions: This is a list of all the questions you have submitted. Please Note: After a period of 6 weeks from the date a question is submitted, if it has expired without any answers being submitted,
we will release the question to our pool of "general questions", so that it will
be displayed on the website, but will no longer be "your" question. Any questions that are originally marked "private" will
not be submitted to this pool of general questions.
- My answers: This is a list of all the answers that you have submitted.
- My account: This displays your account balance. This includes money that you have earned answering questions, money from promotions, money spent on
asking questions, and debits from your account for checks written. We also provide you with two options regarding your account:
- You may have us write a check to you each month for the total account balance.
- You may allow the money to accumulate in your account so that you can use it to ask questions.
- My emails: This tab allows you to change the frequency that you receive emails from us. In addition, it displays
a list of questions that have been recently submitted to our site which fall under your expert profile.
